For over 30 years, Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) has been committed to ensuring that vulnerable Coloradans can afford their home energy costs. During this past year many more households were presented with unexpected challenges and hardships. This Annual Report is a snapshot of our successes and the impacts while navigating during a pandemic.
