Energy Outreach Colorado announces leadership restructure

Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) has announced that EOC’s current deputy director Luke Ilderton, will assume the role of executive director while Jennifer Gremmert will remain as the head of the organization as CEO. Luke will lead the advocacy, regulatory and legislative work as well as continuing to enhance EOCs expertise in energy efficiency. Jennifer will continue to lead the organization’s impactful mission and vision, and will directly manage external relations to include development, communications, and human resources.

“We have more than doubled in staff size as well as in revenue over the past five years” says Jennifer Gremmert.  “With the dramatic increase in the statewide need for energy cost assistance, plus the attention necessary to address climate issues, electrification, and new technology in energy efficiency, it is time for Luke and I to tackle these issues in tandem with each other.”

This restructure will become effective on April 1, 2024.

Energy Outreach Colorado has been a leading expert on issues impacting income-qualified energy consumers for more than 30 years. Through strong public and private partnerships, the statewide nonprofit has raised and leveraged millions of dollars to reduce energy costs for Coloradans.
