Jennifer Gremmert, CEO

From an early age, Jennifer knew she wanted to be of service to people who were struggling with insurmountable hardships. Her vision has always been to find solutions that would prevent the continued cycle of poverty and inequality experienced by vulnerable families. 

She has worked at EOC for 24 years and is currently serving as its CEO. Among her professional accomplishments is her work with the National Office of Junior Achievement, Urban Peak, Up With People, and the University of Arizona.

Additionally, she has served on the Board of Directors of the National Energy and Utility Affordability Coalition and as Chair of both the Governor’s Commission on Low-Income Energy Assistance and the Colorado Utility Consumer Board. She is currently the Chair of the Colorado Clean Energy Fund, Colorado’s Green Bank.

In 2017 and 2020, she was recognized as one of the Denver Business Journal’s “Top Women in Energy”. Jennifer has extensive expertise in regulatory and programmatic solutions to ensure that vulnerable families have access to affordable, reliable home energy.

She received a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Regis University and has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
