Affordable Housing Energy Efficiency Grants
Energy Outreach Colorado offers energy efficiency grants for multi-family affordable housing facilities. Benefits include reductions in utility, operating and maintenance costs; capital improvements; and increased tenant health, comfort and overall satisfaction.
The Affordable Housing Weatherization Program is a state and federally funded program that assists affordable multi-family housing properties with boilers, insulation, lighting, and low-flow fixtures. The Affordable Housing Energy Rebate Program offers grants for multi-family affordable housing facilities to increase the energy efficiency and comfort of housing for income-qualified individuals. Funding for this program is provided through utility companies and organizations including Xcel Energy, Atmos Energy, Source Gas. and the Denver Office of Strategic Partnerships. More info...
