Yesterday, Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) hosted their annual golf tournament at the Sanctuary Golf Course and exceeded fundraising expectations by raising a record $271,330. This critical support will help many Coloradans afford their rising home energy costs this coming winter.
This is the 20th year that EOC has hosted a golf fundraiser – the only yearly fundraising event hosted by the organization. Sponsors and golfers included contractors, energy companies, and many other EOC champions. (see sponsor list).
Energy Outreach Colorado has been a leading expert on issues impacting income-qualified energy consumers for more than 30 years. Through strong public and private partnerships, the statewide nonprofit has raised and leveraged millions of dollars to reduce energy costs and usage for Coloradans.
