EOC works with agency partners to deliver education to program participants, teaching them how to conserve energy in their homes, apply for assistance programs, and access other energy resources. Agencies can access the education documents below.
The following handbook has been designed for EOC partner agencies working directly with participants who may be eligible for assistance through the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP). Use this handbook to train staff or distribute to participants to educate on program eligibility requirements and the application process.
Reach out to the Education Team for more information about how to become an education partner. Funding is available in multiple utility territories for agencies providing education to their participants.
