Database Manager – Resource Development

Position Description:
The Database Manager – Resource Development’s objective is to support the growth of EOC’s prospective and current donors through the management of EOC’s donor database. We are looking for a team member that thrives on small teams, is used to doing your own tasks and enjoy diving into new challenges and opportunities with the greater organization. You will succeed in this position if you like to problem-solve, look for trends, research, and genuinely enjoy working with data.

Location:
Denver, Colorado

Salary Range:
$48,000 – $58,000 – depending on experience

Multifamily Coordinator

Position Description:
The Multifamily Program Coordinator assists in and manages portions of the implementation of energy efficiency projects which impact multifamily affordable housing properties across the state of Colorado. We look to this position as a key contributor to the success of EOC’s energy efficiency programs. This position reports to the Multifamily Program manager.

Behavior Change Program Manager

Position Description:
The Behavior Change Program Manager manages the continued development and successful implementation of the energy behavior change program offered throughout EOC’s utility and government energy efficiency programs. EOC believes adopting energy efficiency is a great first step to controlling energy consumption and cost but in order to achieve persistent energy savings – the rebound effect and human behavior toward energy must be addressed.
