Become an Energy Outreach Contractor

Energy Outreach Colorado works with qualified local contractors and non-profit partners across the state to implement our low-income energy programs. Contractors are selected through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Listed below is current information about each program.

The Affordable Housing Energy Efficiency Program accepts Requests For Proposals (RFP's) every fall. Check back regularily for updates and opportunities.
