We work with partners on the local level to administer a program that provides bill payment assistance to households across Colorado who are behind on their energy bills. Payments are made directly to a local utility or fuel company.

Our program connects income-qualified households with solar power to help every community lower their energy costs and increase Colorado’s renewable energy production.

CRISIS INTERVENTION PROGRAM
If you are without heat, we can help you. Through our Crisis Intervention Program, we coordinate emergency repair and/or replacement of your heating system.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides free energy efficiency services for income-qualified Coloradans.
