LEAP
 

For the 2009-2010 heating season, Energy Outreach Colorado plans to donate $1 million to supplement the federal Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), which operates during the heating season of November 1st through April 30th. For the heating season of 2008-2009, Energy Outreach's contribution to the LEAP program assisted in helping more than 105,000 low-income Colorado households with their home energy needs.
