For the 2007-2008 heating season, Energy Outreach Colorado plans to donate $2.15
million to supplement the federal Low-Income Energy Assistance Program
(LEAP), which operates during the heating season of November 1st through
April 30th. For the heating season of 2006-2007, Energy Outreach's contribution to
the LEAP program assisted in helping more than 90,000 low-income
Colorado households with their home energy needs.
