Energy Outreach Colorado invests in long-term housing solutions that will permanently reduce energy bills for lower income, elderly, or disabled persons. We distribute hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants annually to non-profit organizations to improve the efficiency of new and existing homes in Colorado. This investment saves families money and reduces their future need for cash assistance.
