Energy Outreach Colorado’s affordable energy programs highlighted on local program

A recent interview with Skip Arnold, executive director at Energy Outreach Colorado, is currently highlighted on the Colorado Comcast Newsmakers site. The site features interviews with local elected officials, community leaders and non-profit organizations. In the short news segment, Arnold describes the programs that EOC provides to help low-income Coloradans better afford home energy.

These include emergency assistance for energy bill payment and furnace repair, longer-term help to lower energy costs through weatherization and education, and advocacy on behalf of low-income consumers to ensure equitable and affordable energy policies. Comcast Newsmakers interviews also air through part of the day during commercial breaks on CNN Headline News.
