Energy Outreach Colorado is committed to providing year-round energy assistance statewide. We are able to do that by working through a network of more than 100 community-based assistance organizations to which we grant energy assistance funds on an annual basis. These organizations utilize trained case workers to qualify applicants and apply their funds as credits to their overdue energy bills. EOC solicits grant applications each summer for its grant year, which runs from November 1 through the following October 31.
