  Conserve water - Consider flow restrictor devices for all your faucets and low-flow shower heads. They can cut approximately 10% of your water consumption
  Fix the drips - a slow drip of hot water from a faucet can waste up to 200 gallons per month as well as waste the energy used to heat the wasted water - thirty drops of water a minute can waste as much as 50 gallons a month.
check Shower vs. Bath - the shower's the winner for using less hot water than a bath if you keep your shower under 5 minutes
check Adjust for vacations - set the dial on the "pilot" or "vacation' setting when you go away on vacation
  Insulate to save – insulating pipes along with a water heater insulation blanket can save on your water heating costs. However, before installing, check your owner's manual as a few manufacturers do not recommend this practice. And be sure to follow the installation guide for insulating
